Entry-Level Wine & Spirits Sales Rep – Twin Cities Metro Area

We’re looking for a motivated, people-first individual who’s excited to build a career in wine & spirits sales. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to grow accounts across restaurants, bars, retailers, and hotels throughout the Twin Cities Metro.

You should have drive, curiosity, and a genuine passion for wine, spirits and some knowledge of the hospitality industry.

This role blends relationship-building, product education, and market presence. Evening tastings, events, and occasional weekend work are part of the job. If you love being out in the field, meeting new people, and learning something new every day, you’ll fit right in.

About Us

We’re a specialty wine & spirits distributor based in Eagan, Minnesota, founded in 2004 with a simple philosophy: families, not factories.

Our portfolio is built on authentic producers, cultural heritage, and exceptional value. We support our accounts through education, tastings, events, and bringing the stories and experiences we’ve gathered from around the world directly into our local food and beverage scene.

Our team is made up of industry veterans who see what they do not just as a job, but as a passion. We work hard, stay curious, and believe great brands deserve great representation.
