All month long, Freeland Spirits is donating $3 from every bottle of Pink Gin sold to the Salt Cure Restaurant Recovery Fund.

Cocktail Recipes

Pink Gin & Tonic

2 oz Freeland Pink Gin
4 oz Top Note Alpine Spritz (or other tonic water)
Combine over ice in a highball glass, garnish with a slice of lemon (optional)

Gin Martini

2 oz Freeland Pink Gin
1 oz Vermut Flores Blanc (or other white vermouth)
1 dash orange bitters
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with lemon twist

Fete 75

1 oz Freeland Pink Gin
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz lemon juice
scoop of raspberry sorbet
brut sparkling wine
mint garnish

In a shaker, combine gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice and shake with ice -pour into shallow coupe glass. Add one scoop of raspberry sorbet. Top with brut. Garnish with mint.
