Everything at Domaine Bott Geyl is done purposely and with care – from their Biodynamic vineyard stewardship, to handpicking each bunch to ensure its ideal condition.  In the cellar, a careful eye watches the transformation of the grape juice into wine, leaving nature to take its course to reflect the terroir and vintage in the bottle.
