Domaine ‘lAgramante

France – Côtes du Rhône

L’Agramante embodies a passion for a lifestyle close to the land, for the cycles of the seasons, and for hard work that finds its meaning in a glass of wine—a pleasure that accompanies our meals, gatherings, and festive occasions.

Domaine L’Agramante is the passion project of Carlo La Rocca, a Sicilian-born engineer who left a successful career in 2018 to pursue a life shaped by wine and the rhythms of nature in France’s Southern Rhône. He began with just 1.2 hectares in Sabran, eventually expanding to 4.25 hectares, and learned the ropes while sharing a cellar with biodynamic producer Mas de Libian. From the beginning, Carlo has farmed organically and embraced a hands-off approach in the cellar, using native yeast, no oak, minimal sulfur, and avoiding fining or filtration. The result is a vibrant, refreshing expression of the Rhône—wines that combine old-vine Mediterranean character with a lightness and energy that reflect Carlo’s philosophy of slowing down and enjoying life.
